How do you bill for your services?
We offer hourly packs that range from 2 hours up to 30 hours. The larger the pack, the lower the hourly rate. Before you purchase a pack of hours, we'll give you a full breakdown estimate on how long your project will take.
You'd be surprised how much we can accomplish in a small amount of time.

How quickly can you start my project?
Project timelines vary based on size and demand. Small projects (2–5 hours) are usually completed in a few days, while medium to large projects typically take 5–7 days to begin. -
Do I need to have the Clean Pro theme?
Yes. Our services are only available to Clean Pro customers due to the high volume of demand. This also allows us to provide nearly perfect project estimates since we built and know the foundation like the back of our hand.

Do you offer website design services?
While we love designing websites, we leave that service to our awesome Clean Pro Partners. This allows us to focus our services where we are most effective at scale while still continuing to release improvements to the Clean Pro theme regularly. -
What is the process to start a project?
It's super simple and goes like this.
- Send me an email with some brief details about what you'd like done.
- For larger requests, we may want to schedule a Zoom video chat. For smaller requests, I'll send you an estimate.
- You purchase one of my hourly packs, at which time your project will get added to our calendar.
- You'll add me (Kevin) to your HubSpot portal.
- Upon completion of the project, you'll receive a video overview of what's been completed and a request for feedback
- All feedback within scope will be completed.
- Virtual high-fives given.

What if you finish my project early?
Sometimes this can happen. Let's say, for example, you purchase a 10-hour customization pack and your project is completed within 8 hours. You will have up to 30 days from the project's completion to utilize the remaining 2 hours for any other projects.
For 20+ hour packs purchased, you will have up to 90 days for any remaining unused hours.
